Ken Yanni has been with Equity Retail Brokers since 2015, when he joined as part of the Investments Sales Team. At Equity, Ken specializes in selling single tenant lease investment properties, 1031 Exchange buyer representation, and sale-leasebacks.
Over his career, Ken has completed in excess of $200,000,000 worth of investment transactions. His market knowledge and network of developers, investors, and brokers has allowed him to complete many transactions at market setting cap rates.
Prior to joining Equity Retail Brokers, Ken worked at CMF Associates as an integral part of their Financial Consulting Team. His responsibilities included detailed cash flow analysis for multi-million dollar companies that involved revenue projections and modeling.
Ken graduated from West Chester University with a degree in finance. He is a Licensed Real Estate agent in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
