CJ Wallowitch is part of the Equity Retail Brokers’ Investment Sales Team. At Equity Retail Brokers, he specializes in selling single tenant net lease investment properties with a focus on restaurants and convenience stores.
Prior to joining Equity Retail Brokers, CJ managed and sourced commercial brokerage activity for Lamm Realty Group based in Bala Cynwyd, PA. He was involved in sales transactions that included office buildings, multi-family assets, and retail spaces across the greater Philadelphia region.
CJ graduated from Philadelphia University with a major in Accounting and a minor in Finance. He was also a member of the Philadelphia University Men’s Baseball team.
CJ is a Licensed Real Estate agent in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
