Major supermarket chain rumored to be looking in Center City Philly

Philadelphia Inquirer Reporter Joe DiStefano reported last week that “real estate people say a major supermarket chain has lately been scouting sites for new Center City stores.” DiStefano lists possible locations as the Gallery at Market East, the Girard Block redevelopment proposed for 11th-12th Streets, Market-Chestnut, and Bart Blatstein’s Broad and Washington retail site.

Bozzuto's deal with Baltimore supermarket may lead to more Mid-Atlantic distribution
