The Freehold, NJ ShopRite that opened 60 years ago is scheduled for renovation and expansion, pending approval from the township’s planning board. The plan is for the store to remain open during construction, and upon completion it will be 86,500 square feet.
Holmdel, NJ-based Saker ShopRites owns and operates the store, along with 38 others in New Jersey.
