In a release issued today, Lidl announced that its first Philadelphia store would open next Wednesday, December 11, in the city’s Port Richmond section. Later this year the second Philadelphia location is slated to open on Roosevelt Boulevard in the Northeast.
There are currently five operating stores in Pennsylvania, with more planned, including Lansdale, Sinking Spring, and a South Philadelphia location.
