The Hankin Group announced last week that Kimberton Whole Foods will open a new store at Eagleview Town Center in Exton, PA in the spring of 2026. At 14,000 square feet, the location will be the chain’s largest in Chester County.
Kimberton Whole Foods currently has seven stores, all of which are in Pennsylvania. The company partners with more than 200 local producers within a 100-mile radius of its Downingtown, PA distribution center.
“Eagleview is the perfect location for our eighth store, allowing us to expand our family-owned company and widen our distribution of products from local farmers and food producers,” said Kimberton Whole Foods COO Ezra Brett.
Eagleview is an 800-acre mixed use community with more than 1,000 residences, 2.5 million square feet of commercial office and life science space, and more than 50,000 square feet of retail space. The Hankin Group plans to add 41 apartments above the new grocery store.
