According to published reports this morning, Federal Realty is suing Amazon for defaulting on its lease and not opening its planned Amazon Fresh store in Willow Grove, PA. Amazon is countersuing, alleging that Federal did not complete its required work. The Willow Grove site is one of several in the Philadelphia region where an Amazon Fresh store was planned but is sitting dormant.
