Acme to close two Bucks County stores next month

David Goodman | Oct 13, 2014 |

Acme officials announced yesterday that their stores in Chalfont and Warminster will close on November 13. A spokesperson for Acme said the locations “were not meeting our company’s goals… we made a decision to shift our resources to other areas.”

The spokesperson said the company does not plan to close other locations in the near future, and cited the beer cafes recently opened in their Flourtown and Oregon Avenue (Philadelphia) stores, as well as the location being rebuilt in Beach Haven, NJ.
