The seller of a 17-acre property near the Quaker Bridge Mall in Lawrence, NJ said last week that Costco purchased the property for $9.4 million.

According to a story in the Times of Trenton, the 156,000 square foot store will include liquor, a pharmacy, an optical services section, a tire sales and installation center, and a 16-pump gas station on a separate part of the property.

It is estimated that construction will start in the spring of 2015. About 200,000 square feet of industrial space will need to be demolished prior to Costco’s construction.
