Supermarket News reported yesterday that Mom’s Organic Market, which operates 12 stores including one in Bryn Mawr, PA, has signed a lease for 16,000 square feet in Center City Philadelphia.
The site is part of a redevelopment on 11th Street between Market and Chestnut Streets spearheaded by National Real Estate Advisors. According to the company’s website, the project will include residential, office, hotel and retail space.
Mom’s is slated to open in the spring of 2016.
