Wegmans supermarket in Lower Makefield Township (Bucks County, PA) is expected to open in the first quarter of next year, according to Jim Majewski of the township. The 94,024 square foot store is part of Pickett Preserve, a mixed-use retail and residential development.
Retailers and restaurants planning to join Wegmans include Chase Bank, CVS, Firebirds Wood Fired Grill, Tropical Smoothie, First Watch, and Spenga.
The residential section will consist of nine apartment buildings totaling 200 units.
