The Grocery Outlet in Royersford, PA announced that it will close on October 30, but township residents and several government and elected officials are pleading with the company to keep the store open.
There is a Giant supermarket down the road, and several supermarkets in the Route 422 corridor.
The Grocery Outlet currently has more than 300 independently-operated stores in California, Idaho, Nevada, Oregon, Pennsylvania and Washington.
