The former Pathmark property on Lawrence Road in Broomall was sold by parent company A&P for $4.8 million and will soon become a Chester-Crozer medical center. According to a published report, design plans are moving forward and the facility will be used for a cancer treatment center. A Spring 2014 opening is anticipated.
Pathmark closed their store on the property in October 2010.
