Conshohocken, PA, June 25, 2013 – Equity Retail Brokers agents Brian Wherty and Rob Samtmann recently represented Verizon Wireless in leasing a 4,000-square-foot pad site at the heavily-trafficked Market Place at Brick, located on eastbound Route 70 in Brick, New Jersey.
Market Place at Brick is located in the heart of the market with immediate access to many major highways and is owned and managed by Edgewood Properties. Verizon Wireless will open in late 2013, joining national co-tenants Costco Wholesale, Dick’s Sporting Goods and Christmas Tree Shops.
