Conshohocken, PA, February 16, 2015 – Equity Retail Brokers agents Brian Wherty and Rob Samtmann recently represented Verizon Wireless (Corporate) in leasing three locations in York, Pottstown and Springfield, Pennsylvania.
Now Open, Rob Samtmann and Brian Wherty secured a location at the 334,000 square-foot, Walmart Anchored, Pottstown Center located on Route 100 in Pottstown, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. Verizon Wireless joins Walmart, Weis, Dollar Tree, Arby’s, Red Lobster, Wendy’s, First Niagara, Boston Market, and many more.
Opening this month, Rob Samtmann and Brian Wherty represented the tenant, Verizon Wireless, in leasing a 6,000-square-foot pad site at Springfield Shopping Center, while David Goodman of Equity Retail Brokers represented the landlord, Kimco Realty Corporation. Springfield Shopping Center is located at the busy intersection of Route 1 and Sproul Road, Springfield, PA (Delaware County).
Additionally, Samtmann and Wherty represented the tenant, Verizon Wireless, as well as the buyer, Frontier Development, in the purchase and lease of a site on Loucks Road/Route 30 in York, York County, Pennsylvania. Samtmann and Wherty assisted Frontier Development in the purchase of a Jiffy Lube and a former Hooters building situated on 1.93 acres. Samtmann and Wherty also represented Verizon Wireless in the leasing of the space from Frontier Development. The store is slated to open this month.
