The Ferber Company is excited to welcome Raising Cane’s, Panera Bread, Sleep Number, Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers, and Discount Tire. All tenants are expected to open in Q1 2024. There is also a proposed hotel for the property and additional retail, office, and medical opportunities.
