Conshohocken, PA, February 4, 2016 – Rich Zeller, Rob Samtmann and Brian Wherty of Equity Retail Brokers recently represented Starbucks in leasing 1,800 SF in Brandywine Mills Shopping Center in Glenn Mills, Chester County, PA.
The drive-thru accessible endcap joins 140,000 SF anchor-tenant Wegmans in Brandywine Mills, a neighborhood shopping center located at the intersection of Route 1 and Route 202. Brandywine Mills is situated on 38 acres and consists of two phases. The new store, located in phase I, opened its doors in December 2015.
