The Goodwill building is approximately 22,750 sf, and the property’s lot size is about 1.5 acres. The sellers allowed David to market the property for sale discreetly. Bart Delfiner and Ed Ginn referred a local buyer to David that purchased the property under terms and conditions acceptable to the seller.
