Plymouth Meeting, PA, September 13, 2024 – Rob Samtmann recently represented Starbucks in brokering a lease for their newest retail location in Thorndale, in the redevelopment of the former Kmart center on Lincoln Highway. The center, anchored by Lomax Carpet & Tile Mart, recently added Aldi and Chipotle and is strategically located between the regional markets of Downingtown and Exton, as well as the dense neighborhood trade area of Coatesville. The Starbucks has a large drive-through lane (12 or more cars) as well as indoor café space, and joins area retailers including Kohl’s, Applebee’s, Mavis Discount Tire, Goodwill, Wendy’s, and Wawa.
