The property listings page gives users the ability to sort properties by availability, property type, square footage, location and property size. Properties are broken down by state and county, with each county featuring a scrollable, touch-sensitive slider to browse each property in the selected county
Every listing is also integrated with Google maps, allowing easy and quick access to property location and market relevance.
Other features include an all new graphic homepage highlighting Equity Retail Brokers four divisions of Investment Sales, Leasing, Tenant Representation and Property Management.
Although the redesign has been applied to the primary sections of the site, additional sections will continue to be updated in the New Year, including the sections for company news and Investment Sales.
Equity Retail Brokers hopes the redesign will continue to better serve individuals who are looking to receive specialized brokerage services from a team of highly experience agents in the New Year and beyond.
