Plymouth Meeting, PA, January 3, 2019 – Keith Seymour of Equity Retail Brokers recently completed two transactions with Axiva Health Solutions. Representing the Landlord, New Century Associates, at the Marketplace at Huntingdon Valley, Seymour brokered a deal whereas Axiva Health Solutions will occupy approximately 4,700 SF of retail space to provide infusion services and medical counseling to patients needing treatment for a variety of health-related needs. Both Landlord and Tenant were excited about the opportunity to position modern medical services in a robust, grocery-anchored shopping center.
Shortly after the deal closed at the Marketplace, Axiva Health Solutions engaged Seymour to assist them in securing a regional headquarters and fusion center. Seymour worked with Axiva to execute a lease for approximately 7,400 SF of office and medical space at 1120 Township Line Road in Havertown.
According to Seymour, “both transactions allowed the tenant to take advantage of increasing market demand for high-quality medical services. The opportunity for Axiva to position themselves in a retail center is further evidence of the growing trend of high traffic, non-retail uses occupying space in retail destinations. Each deal incorporated a number of complexities relating to design, legal considerations, and insurance regulations, not often seen in retail transactions. It was an exciting opportunity to work with all parties to negotiate these deals.”
