Conshohocken, PA, February 5, 2013 – At the end of 2012, Equity Retail Brokers’ agents completed a variety of sales transactions. Among the deals, two of the more recent include Bart Delfiner and Stuart Conston. Delfiner represented the seller in the sale of a 6,664-square-foot Fed Ex Office retail building on 1.97 acres located on White Horse Road in Voorhees, NJ. Conston represented Audi of Wynnewood in their purchase of the Main Line Times property on Lancaster Avenue in Ardmore, PA. The one-acre property contained a 17,000-square-foot two-level office building.

Eric Kuhn and Edward Ginn represented a national trustee as the seller in the sale of the commercial retail asset of an operating 4,000-square-foot Midas Muffler Shop in Bryn Mawr, Haverford Township, PA. Equity Retail Brokers was instrumental in the coordination of the property’s valuation, marketing terms of sale, corporate lease transfers, and detailed environmental due diligence.
Kuhn and Ginn were also successful in identifying a buyer for the 7,000-square-foot vacant Sleepy’s Mattress located at 2664 Route 1, Bristol, PA. Kuhn and Ginn represented the seller, a national real estate investment firm with over 700 NNN assets, and transacted the sale at 90% of the asking price.
David Goodman represented regional bank in the sale of a disposition property located on South Broad Street in Philadelphia, PA. Additionally, Goodman represented a regional bank in the sale of a 4,400-square-foot former bank branch located on East High Street in Pottstown, PA. In conjunction with the sale, Goodman represented DEP High Street LP in the lease of the 4,400-square-foot former bank building to Proximity Café. The Café plans to open its doors early this year.
