Conshohocken, PA, February 18, 2016 – Equity Retail Brokers Principals Rob Samtmann and Brian Wherty recently represented Gander Mountain in leasing 52,700 square feet at Warrington Crossing in Warrington, Bucks County, Pennsylvania.
The Regal Cinemas anchored center is owned by Goodman Properties and includes a mix of national and local tenants, including Chick-Fil-A, IHOP, Ruby Tuesday and Burger King. The new Gander Mountain location is currently under construction and scheduled for a fall 2016 opening.
Equity Retail Brokers was instrumental in determining and providing the necessary information to support Gander Mountain opening a store in the Philadelphia market. Using detailed demographic data and analysis, information including hunting and fishing licenses, long gun and hand gun sales and critical outdoor recreation sales information, Rob Samtmann and Brian Wherty were able to show the value that the Philadelphia Market would bring to Gander Mountain in comparison to other existing store locations.
Currently, Equity Retail Brokers represents Gander Mountain in Eastern Pennsylvania, Southern New Jersey and Delaware.
