Conshohocken, PA, February 26, 2013 – David Goodman, an agent of Equity Retail Brokers, recently completed three lease transactions totaling 3,257 square feet on the Main Line in Bryn Mawr, Montgomery County, PA and Wayne/Radnor Township, Delaware County, PA.
For a total of 1,840 square feet at Eagle Village Shops in Wayne, Goodman represented the landlord and secured two tenants, Jacques Ferber (1,230 square feet) and Gentlemen’s Choice (610 square feet). Jacques Ferber, a family business founded in Paris in 1879, sells furs and leathers, and provides remodeling, repair and storage services. The company also has locations in Philadelphia and Wilmington, DE. Gentlemen’s Choice will open next month and will provide haircuts for adults and children. This will be their third location; the others are in Paoli and Dresher.
Additionally on the Main Line, Goodman assisted ndulge cupcake boutique in obtaining a 1,417 square foot inline strip center space located at 1039 West Lancaster Avenue, Bryn Mawr, Montgomery County, PA. The newly renovated property is opening in early 2013 and will sell cupcakes, gelato, baked goods and beverages.
