Conshohocken, PA, July 9, 2013 – David Goodman of Equity Retail Brokers recently represented The Play Café in leasing 4,000 square feet of retail space on Lancaster Avenue in Bryn Mawr, PA.
The Play Café is a place where children and their caretakers can eat, relax, take a class, create an art project or have a birthday party. The store plans to open in the latter half of 2013.
In addition, Goodman represented the landlord in leasing a total of 2,084 square feet at Eagle Village Shops located on Lancaster Avenue in Wayne (Radnor Township), PA. Eagle Village Shops is an award-winning, open-air lifestyle center in the heart of suburban Philadelphia’s “Main Line.” The center features upscale boutiques and restaurants, as well as brick-paved walkways, beautifully landscaped grounds and recently renovated cottage-like shops.
Element Six Clothing Company, a boutique women’s clothing company, will occupy 1,100 square feet of space. SewRob, a customized tailoring service with custom made apparel for men, women and children, will occupy 984 square feet. Both stores plan to open their doors in the third quarter of 2013.
