Located on 13th Street in Midtown Village, the women’s accessories boutique joins neighboring retail and restaurants, including Sampan, Zavino, Modern Eye, El Vez and Barbuzzo. Midtown Village is a unique enclave of independent, open-minded boutiques, restaurants, lofts and more, located in the heart of Center City Philadelphia.
Known for offering a selection of stylish and affordable women’s accessories in a boutique setting, the first lou lou opened its doors in Middleburg, Virginia in 2004, and from there local entrepreneurs Ben and Tara Wegdam have expanded to 25 locations across DC, Virginia, Maryland, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, South Carolina and Georgia.
