Conshohocken, PA, February 16, 2016 – Rich Zeller, Rob Samtmann and Brian Wherty of Equity Retail Brokers recently represented Starbucks in leasing two locations with a total of 3,976 SF on the Main Line in Pennsylvania.
Zeller, Samtmann and Wherty represented Starbucks in leasing 1,760 SF in a Whole Foods anchored development in Wynnewood, PA. The store opened in January 2016. In addition, a 2,216 SF store opened in Villanova Center, a shopping center located between Rt. 476 and Villanova University on the Main Line. It is part of a newly constructed 32,000 SF two-story retail/office building.
Over the past five years, Equity Retail Brokers has assisted Starbucks in opening five locations across the Main Line. Equity Retail Brokers currently represents Starbucks in Southeastern Pennsylvania, Southern New Jersey and Delaware.
