- Two Logan Square (100 North 18th St, Philadelphia, PA) Prime corner ground-floor retail space in the heart of the renowned Logan Square neighborhood, and directly across from Comcast’s World Headquarters and new Technology Center.
- Schuylkill Yards (3151 Market St, Philadelphia PA) A 3,248 square-foot, corner retail space located on the ground floor of a new 489,000 square-foot life sciences building adjacent to Drexel University.
- The Granary (1901 Callowhill St, Philadelphia, PA) A 2,298 square-foot, ground-floor retail space in a 229-unit luxury apartment building in Philadelphia’s Fairmount neighborhood. Starbucks relocated to this space from their existing neighborhood location in order to obtain a more spacious cafe area. The listing brokers were Jacob Cooper and Stefanie Gabel of MSC
