McEvoy and Mulartrick secured four leases at Saucon Valley Square, an 80,695-square-foot shopping center, for the following tenants: Dollar Tree, The Maxx Fitness Clubzz, TAPS Tavern and Chaar Pet Supplies, increasing the property occupancy from 25% to 92%
Now open, Chaar Pet Supplies is a locally owned, independent retailer based in Allentown, PA. This is Chaar’s second store to open, taking 5,140 square feet of space. Also open, Dollar Tree, 15,000 square feet, is its fifth store serving the Bethlehem area.
The Maxx Fitness Clubzz, has opened its third Club in the Lehigh Valley, a 32,826-square-foot fitness facility that offers the best of all fitness worlds at a low cost. Additionally, TAPS Tavern is slated to open this month, a 6,208-square-foot pub that will have 40 rotating craft beers and serve American-style pub food.
