Ken McEvoy Represents Shooster Development in Leasing 9,440 SF

Conshohocken, PA, October 15, 2014 – Ken McEvoy of Equity Retail Brokers recently represented Shooster Development in leasing 9,440 total square feet of space at Fairless Hills Shopping Center and Lionville Station Shopping Center.

Leases of 2,000 and 6,000 square feet were executed at Fairless Hills Shopping Center in Fairless Hills, PA, to Dental Savers PC (2,000 SF) and Oxford Valley Pharmacy (6,000 SF). Both stores will open by the end of 2014. Fairless Hills Shopping Center is a Giant-anchored center and includes Dollar Tree, Pay Half and McDonald’s.

A lease of 1,440 square feet was executed at the grocery-anchored Lionville Station in Chester Springs, PA, to La Chic Boutique. The retail clothing services boutique plans to open their doors in November of 2014.
