Conshohocken, PA, December 3, 2013 – Equity Retail Brokers agents Rob Samtmann, Brian Wherty and Rich Zeller recently represented Starbucks in leasing a total of 6,480 square feet in Bucks, Delaware and Montgomery Counties.
Equity Retail Brokers agents represented Starbucks in leasing a 1,880 square foot endcap with a drive-thru at the Elements Horsham center located at the corner of heavily traveled Horsham and Dresher Roads in Horsham, Pennsylvania. The “notoriety” of Starbucks should pique interest for both patrons and prospective businesses for the newly redeveloped “boutique” lifestyle center that was created by KCI Commercial Real Estate, a commercial division of Korman Communities. Also in the Rt. 611 corridor, but in Bucks County, a newly constructed 2,000 square foot freestanding building, transacted by Equity Retail Brokers, is now open at the BJ’s Wholesale anchored Warrington Commons located on the southbound side of Route 611 in Warrington, Pennsylvania. The new location is situated in front of BJ’s Wholesale with First Niagara and Longhorn Steakhouse.
A 2,600 square foot inline space was also just occupied by Starbucks in Wayne, Pennsylvania at Gateway Shopping Center located on Swedesford Road in Delaware County. The shopping center is anchored by Trader Joe’s, Staples, TJ Maxx, and Famous Footwear.
Equity Retail Brokers currently represents Starbucks in Southeastern Pennsylvania, Southern New Jersey and Delaware.
The Starbucks story began in 1971 with a single store in Seattle’s Pike Place Market. Today, Starbucks has nearly 18,000 retail stores in 60 countries, serving the best coffee possible, one cup and one neighborhood at a time.
