The building is approximately 13,400 square feet on 1.78 acres. Of the 13,400 square feet, Wells Fargo occupies approximately 6,900 square feet and subleases the remaining space to a Verizon Wireless authorized dealer.
The property was purchased by a real estate development and management company based in the Philadelphia area that owns over one hundred and twenty-five properties. While the majority of their properties are located in the Philadelphia metro market, the company has holdings across the country.
