The Giant Food Store in Willow Grove, a 123,000 square foot property, is listed for sale at $24.6 million. The store has 20 years remaining on its lease, which is guaranteed by Giant’s parent company, Ahold. The store was built in 2007 on the site where Home Depot used to be.
